Overview
Guests choose where to stay from a phone screen, in a few seconds. The first image has to stop the scroll, and the rest have to answer what a guest wants to know before they book: what the rooms are like, what they'll see, and how it will feel to be there.
We shoot a stay as a journey, from arrival to the last swim, with a fashion and subculture eye that makes your property look like somewhere people want to be rather than another listing. For Mana Eco Retreat in Lombok, one of the island's most established eco and yoga retreats, we shot new imagery for its website, booking platforms and social media over two days.
What we shoot
- Rooms, suites and villas: styled, lit and composed so each one reads clearly in a booking-platform gallery.
- Pools, gardens and exteriors: the setting and the arrival, timed for the best light of the day.
- Shared and wellness spaces: restaurants, bars, lounges, spas, shalas and studios.
- Food and drink: the dishes, the drinks and the table they're served at.
- People and moments: guests, staff and sessions in the spaces, so the imagery feels lived in.
- Video: short clips for social and an edited film for your website, shot on the same visit.

What kinds of properties do you photograph?

Do you shoot video as well as photos?
Yes. Photography and video are shot on the same visit, so you get stills, short clips for social and an edited film from one shoot.
Will the images work on Booking.com, Airbnb and our website?
Yes. We deliver images sized and formatted for your website, booking platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb, and social media.
How long does a shoot take?
It depends on the number of rooms and spaces and the times of day you want to show. A boutique property is usually one or two days on site. Mana Eco Retreat was shot over two days.
Do you travel?
Yes, most of the time. We're based in Byron Bay, with our own photo studio, and travel to shoot properties across Australia and around the world, including Indonesia, the rest of Asia and Europe.
How much does it cost?
