Accommodation photography
Photography and video for boutique stays, villas, holiday homes and short-term rentals, made to stand out in a booking-platform scroll and on social.
Velvt Studio
Most people choose where to stay from a phone screen, in a few seconds. The first image has to stop the scroll, and the rest have to answer the questions a guest has before they book: what the room is like, what the view is, what it feels like to be there.
We plan every shoot around that: a hero image that earns the click, a clear sequence through the spaces, and the details and moments that make your place feel like nowhere else.
What you get
- A hero image: the shot that leads your listing and stops the scroll.
- Every space, in sequence: bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchens and outdoor spaces, in the order guests expect.
- Light and setting: the best times of day, the view and the surroundings.
- Details and lifestyle: the materials, the styling and people enjoying the space.
- Video for social: short vertical clips for Instagram Reels and TikTok, shot on the same visit.
- Ready-to-upload files: edited images sized for your website, booking platforms and social.

Questions
Do you photograph holiday homes and Airbnb listings?
Yes. We shoot boutique hotels, villas, holiday homes and short-term rentals, with the listing in mind from the first image to the last.
Can you shoot video for Instagram Reels and TikTok?
Yes. Short vertical clips can be shot on the same visit as the photos, so one shoot covers your listing and your social.
Where do you work?
We're based in Byron Bay and work across the Northern Rivers and the rest of Australia, as well as Indonesia and further afield.
